Living Invigorating Valuable Experiences (LIVE) LLC, was founded by Crystal Fleming, whose distinguished career spans law enforcement, higher education, and corporate leadership. With a B.S. degree in Political Science, an M.S. degree in Criminal Justice, and ABD in Public Policy Administration, Ms. Fleming brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse skill set to her role as CEO.
From Law Enforcement to Academia
Ms. Fleming began her career as a law enforcement officer with the City of Atlanta Police Department, where she honed her skills in leadership and public service. Transitioning to higher education, she served as the Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice and an Instructor, where she was recognized for her dedication to academic excellence and student success.
Corporate Leadership and Growth at TJFACT
Ms. Fleming’s career took a pivotal turn when she joined the management team at TJFACT. Her exceptional leadership quickly became evident as she took on oversight responsibilities for all Federal contracts within two years. Recognized for her capabilities and unwavering commitment, she was rapidly promoted to Vice President of Programs. In this role, she drove performance in Human Resources, Infrastructure Planning, and Business Development, significantly contributing to TJFACT’s success.
Launching LIVE LLC
The successful foundation Ms. Fleming built at TJFACT provided the perfect platform for her to launch LIVE LLC. As CEO, she brings extensive contract management experience across various functional areas, including Administrative Support, IT Management, Public Health Support, Education and Training, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design. Over the past five years, Ms. Fleming has provided direct oversight on over 40 Federal contracts, managing the performance of more than 300 employees.
Global Impact and Expertise
Ms. Fleming’s expertise extends beyond domestic operations, having overseen contract operations in global locations such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Thailand, Niger, and Nigeria.
